Limited Animation, Maya and After Effects

Completed while attending graduate school at Bowling Green State University, this was an experiment in stop-motion techniques applied to 3D animation. Autodesk Maya, Adobe After Effects, video footage, and stop-motion puppetry all loosely combined to primarily experiment with various techniques.

The story depicts a young girl who plants a seed and meets a deer within an ethereal and cold landscape. The seed is planted to set in motion a new beginning as the girl passes away and transforms into a deer herself.
